Tim’s office services career began thirty years ago
with Xerox Corporation in Sales and Sales Management.
Tim joined Pandick Technologies as Vice President in
1984 opening up several offices throughout the United
States before returning to South Florida. In
October, 1989 he started Services On-Site serving the
State of Florida in every aspect of Office Services,
Document Management and increasing office
efficiencies.
Estrella Rangel
Vice President of Operations

Estrella’s career expands over 39 years starting at
the University of Miami as a Copy Center Manager
before joining Xerox Corporation. She joined Tim
as Vice President of Production at Pandick
Technologies before assisting Tim in starting Services
On-Site in 1989. Estrella’s specialty is
Operations & Document Management.
Lydia Respeto
Corporate Office Manager

Lydia Respeto, our Corporate Office Manager has over
20 years of administrative and personnel experience.
Lydia oversees the day to day administrative operations
of our Corporate Branch Office in Downtown Miami as
well as being responsible for billing and management
of our extensive equipment inventory.

Our Accounting / Human Resources Manager

Our Accounting Manager, Niurka Alonso (Nicki), has
15 years of accounting and administration experience
which provides us with the expertise to manage the
daily cash flows for such a rapidly growing Company
such as ours.
Jorge Padron
Broward Branch Manager

Jorge Padron has 14 years of on-site business center
management in Law firms and corporations and 2 years
in the Program Manager’s role for a total career with
Services on-Site of 16 years. Jorge’s Managerial
duties include coordinating offsite work requests,
training new and existing employees, while managing
the day to day operations. Jorge also consults with
his clients on the firm’s equipment cost of ownership
and explores opportunities to assist his customers
lower their expenses while raising office
productivity.

After graduating from the University of Florida in
2005, Tim joined Services On-Site as Program Manager
responsible for the Downtown Miami market. His
area of concentration is consulting to clients on the
many benefits of changing to a less paper intensive
office environment and improving the document flow
process.
